About us
The team behind your systems
Our Team
We are the outsourced engineering team for e-commerce businesses with real operational complexity. We build, connect and run the systems from shop to ERP to reporting — and stay on for day-to-day operations.
Who we are: Natalia started in architecture and learned how to turn complex ideas into structured, buildable realities. Alex has spent more than ten years building online shops, automation systems, SaaS products and operational digital infrastructure that has to work in practice.
We're based in Gdańsk. The city won us over with its energy — Hanseatic, by the sea and full of people with drive — and Poland is one of Europe's most dynamic economies: a good place to run a company.
Company and sister brands: AutomateThis! has been around since 2018. Today AutomateThis! is based in Gdańsk and is a brand of the Polish company Hammerschmied Sp. z o.o. The same founders are behind two sister brands: Sally, the platform we work in with our clients, and hartmut.io, which hosts websites and shops if you like.
The easiest way to reach us is by email or phone.
Or book a Systems Fit Call — we'll look at your setup, bottlenecks and goals together.
